Payment Terms

For individuals payment should be paid on the day of treatment either by cash or cheque (payable to Helen Miles)

Please note if an individual cancels an appointment within 24 hours an invoice half treatment cost will be issued. Cost is to cover inconvenience to therapist as they will not be able to fill your slot.

If an appointment is missed without any contact with the therapist the full amount of the treatment cost will be issued. Cost is to cover inconvenience to the therapist as they will not be able to fill your slot and transport.

For clubs or events payment should be paid on the day of treatments (price per treatment should be agreed with the therapist before treatment date) (or within 2 weeks of the invoice date if agreed by the therapist).
